  This area is an outdoor lover's paradise and there are a lot of great places to rent a kayak or boat if you didn't bring your own. If you are planning on kayaking or canoeing on the river, make sure that you check river levels before you go.

  Broken Bow Lake is 12 miles long with 180 miles of shoreline. The lake is known for its large mouth bass fishing. Other lake species include: small mouth bass, striper, trout, crappie, perch, and catfish.

  Rugaru Adventures has you covered if you are interested in zip lining through the tree canopies. Pre-teens and teens often love this activity and it really is fun for anyone that qualifies by age or weight

  Golfing is big in the area and there are two great places to play. I've already mentioned the Cedar Creek Golf Course that's located within the State Park. There's also Idabel Country Club.

The City of Broken Bow is located in the Southeast corner of Oklahoma, in McCurtain County. Broken Bow is nestled at the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains and surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest. The Mountain Fork River, Glover River and Broken Bow Lake are pristine bodies of water with outstanding fishing, boating, canoeing, swimming and diving opportunities. The 2000 population census reported the county with a population of 34,402 with 4,230 living in Broken Bow. Our average summer temperature is 80 degrees and we receive over 50 inches of rainfall annually, creating green forests and keeping our streams, rivers and lakes full and clear.

★ Parking - Bring your boats, ATVs, trailers, and anything else you need! We have plenty of parking space with our large drive-through driveway and parking areas

★ Provided Items & Supplies – Our luxury cabin features a starter supply of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO coffee.

★ Smoking & Other Odors – There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the home. Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing if any smoking or pet residuals are found in the house or on the premises.

★ Pest Control - We take every precaution possible to keep pests and insects outdoors by having our property bug-free regularly. Keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Please remember that our lodge is in the forest, which are home to critters. They were here long before us, and they will be long after us - but let's make sure they stay outside!

★ Hot Tub - The hot tub is trained, sanitized, fresh water added, and treated before your arrival. They are ready for use at a warm 98 degrees.

★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay.

★ Special Deliveries - Upon request, we can deliver firewood, S’mores packages, and more from our concierge, just let us know what would make your stay special!
